We are proud to be providing the landscape services at Pennbrooke Fairways. We take pride in the work we do, and would like your help in rewarding our employees that go above and beyond their normal job requirements. Get the name of the employee or the type of duty they were performing at your residence, and contact us with a description of the exceptional work performed. Those employees will receive “Budd Bucks” that can be used for time off with pay. Each “Budd Buck” is worth one hour of time off with pay. If you call to report a good dead done by a Budd Group employee they will receive two “Budd Bucks”. They also receive “Budd Bucks form us for exceptional work. It is programs like this that improve our employee retention at this time we have 11 employees that were with us last year only 4 employees are new. We appreciate your help in keeping the spirits of our employees high. Also, if you have any problems with your landscaping please fill out the Request/Complaint Form on this page. These requests are usually taken care of in 48 hours.
